General Terms and Conditions of the JEMACOR online store, online wholesale, d.o.o. are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.

The Mungoandfriends.com online store is operated by JEMACOR d.o.o.
We recommend that you read the Terms and Conditions written below before using the online store.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below. All your private information will be strictly protected. We reserve the right to change the terms without prior notice.

Information and communication with customers / subscribers

The company will contact the customer / client through a certain medium of communication, if the latter / the latter agrees. By filling out the form, the customer / subscriber agrees to receive advertising e-mails, permission is given to process the following data:

– postal address of permanent residence

-Phone Number
– postal address for delivery *
-Order notes [if of a private nature]

Advertising emails will contain the following components:
-Clearly and unambiguously will be marked as advertising messages,
-The sender will be clearly visible,
-Various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such.
-The method of unsubscribing from receiving advertising messages will be prominently presented,
-The provider’s wish not to receive advertising messages will be explicitly respected by the provider.

(OPTIONAL) Track activities on https://mungoandfriends.com:
• The storage and processing of data in the marketing automation tool, which monitors your activities on the mungoandfriends.com website, allows us to perform services, contact related to your activities on the website and anonymized analysis of the use of the website.
• All personal data is used only for the performance of our services, anonymized analysis and optimization of our business and is not available to the public, unless the user expressly allows us to do so.

(MANDATORY) Receiving news JEMACOR D.O.O. about the offer and other novelties is valid until canceled and to the extent:
• use of data to send regular e-news
• use data to send other content from time to time, such as event notifications and the like
• export, store and process data in a marketing automation tool that allows us to send news
• processing data by pseudonymization (so that it cannot be attributed to a specific individual)

(OPTIONAL) Consent to receive personalized notifications and offers is valid until revoked and includes:
• use of data for direct marketing
• Re-targeting on platforms in order to re-present products / offers
• export and processing of data in digital advertising tools (use of e-mail to prepare anonymized user segments, in which case e-mail cannot be attributed to a specific individual)
• processing data by pseudonymization (so that it cannot be attributed to a specific individual)

Prices

As the company is not a taxable person, the prices of products in the online store do not include VAT (VAT is not calculated on the basis of paragraph 1 of Article 94 of ZDDV-1)
Promotional prices are valid from the moment of publication until the end, or until stocks are available.
Valid prices are those that are published at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
If an item without a price or this value of 0.00eur is a system error when adding items or updating the offer, unless otherwise stated. The price does not apply in this case and no purchase can be made for such an item. Items with a value of € 0.10 are on sale and the purchase for them is valid.

Order

By clicking on the “confirm order” button, the customer explicitly confirms that he agrees to pay for the product.
The order is stored electronically on the seller’s server. After placing the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation to their email address. In the event of an error, the customer can cancel the order without additional costs and explanations within 2 hours after receiving the order confirmation.
The customer must send the order cancellation to info@mungoandfriends.com within two hours of receiving the order confirmation.
If the buyer does not submit the cancellation of the order within this period, it means that the contract for the purchase of products between the buyer and the seller is irrevocably concluded.
If the cancellation of the order from an individual user account is repeated more than three times, the seller reserves the right to terminate his account.

Shipping price list
The delivery price depends on the weight of a certain product and is charged according to the official price list of Pošta Shunting . The delivery price is shown in the cart.
Free delivery is for purchases over € 50.
Packages purchased in the mungoandfriends.com online store are delivered by our contractual partner Pošta Slovenije.

Delivery time
Delivery time depends on suppliers. The products are expected to be delivered within 2-7 days. A more detailed delivery time is listed next to each product.
Due to certain conditions, such as a holiday abroad, the delivery time may be extended. The seller is not responsible for any delay in delivery.

Payment options
• Payment to the current account of the online store mungoandfriends.com, JEMACOR d.o.o. (according to the offer / proforma invoice)
• Credit card payment (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and Activa)

Note: It is important to include your name and order number (as a reference) when making the transfer.
The products are owned by the seller until the final payment.
mungoandfriends.com also sends an invoice to the customer upon delivery of the ordered items. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account.

Return of Goods

DESCRIPTION OF THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT:
In the case of distance contracts, the consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. The message shall be deemed to be timely if the consignment is delivered within the said time limit. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods to the business address.

If the consumer withdraws from the contract, our company will refund all payments made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The possibility of withdrawal from the contract for legal entities is not possible.
Since JEMACOR d.o.o. in this case, the seller, not doing cash, can only make refunds to the consumer on the transaction account. In doing so, the consumer is asked to indicate the transaction account on the form.
If the consumer has already received the amount or goods and withdraws from the contract, he must return the receipt to the company within 14 days of notification of withdrawal from the contract.
We kindly ask the consumer to return the goods undamaged, in the same quantity and in the original packaging, which is accompanied by the form below for exercising the right to withdraw from the contract.
Because we do not do business with cash, unfortunately we cannot accept packages sent with a ransom. Please send the package by regular or registered mail and state your transaction account, where we can return the purchase price.
In the case of promotions, when we donate free postage and the customer withdraws from the contract or returns the product, we return the entire purchase price.
In case of withdrawal from the contract and return of the product that is not the subject of the complaint, we do not refund the amount of postage for the returned package.
In the event that the customer wishes to exchange the product for another product or size, he will bear the shipping costs for replacement.
The costs of returning the package are covered in the event of a complaint (if the product is damaged or defective). The price of postage must be according to the official price list of Pošta Slovenije.

Complaint
The buyer may reclaim the goods within eight (8) days of purchase if the goods do not have the properties explicitly promised by the seller, if the seller sent the wrong products, products in the wrong quantity or color, or if the products otherwise deviate from the buyer’s order.
In this case, the buyer can request an immediate replacement for the same, faultless product or within the legally prescribed period and under the conditions for filing a complaint due to a material defect.
The received goods must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity, in the original packaging with all labels and without signs of use! The product must also be accompanied by a completed form.
In the event of a product complaint (damaged, incorrect …) we cover the costs of returning the package, which must be in accordance with the official price list of Pošta Slovenije.

Protect personal information
The seller complies with applicable legislation on consumer protection, personal data and electronic communication.
The seller undertakes to permanently protect the user’s personal data. The seller will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order, sending information material, offers, invoices, prize games and promotions by e-mail.
